Through the testimonies of community members, doctors, teachers, engineers, and businesspeople who have been part of the development in Cotabambas and the region due to mining investments over the past 20 years, the story is told by people who have gained new skills thanks to the opportunities that arose during this time. Opportunities that have led to personal and family growth that, two decades ago, seemed impossible.
